Italy has produced many legendary names that have contributed to and pioneered the modern design furnituremovement. Achille Castiglioni and Harry Bertoia are two individuals noted for their innovative works along with Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni.

Born in 1956, Pierre Lissoni planted the seeds of his illustrious career at the prestigious Polytechnic University of Milan with a degree in architecture in 1978.  After six years he would go on to become the Art Director and Designer at Italian architecture firm Boffi in 1985, known for its expertise in designing kitchens and bathrooms.  The following year Lissoni launched his own architecture firm in 1986 called Lissoni Associates.

Lissoni has since developed his own distinct style, focusing on subtlety and designing for human beings as opposed to focusing on a specific purpose.  He also continues to make his mark, working on architectural projects like Milan's historic Teatro Nazionale renovation in 2009 and the upcoming Ritz-Carlton Residences in Miami Beach, Florida.

Some of Lissoni's pieces that we have for sale include the Audrey Armchair designed in 2011 and the Form Lounge Chair available in three different colors.  Besides seating, we also have the Pierre Lissoni One modular storage and accessories like the Birillo Liquid Soap Dispenser and the Birillo Towel Stand.

CA Modern Home offers an extensive selection of modern home furniture by respected brands and designers like Pierre Lissoni and we have many more pieces than the ones covered here available for sale.  Call us at 1-800-605-1859 for any sales inquiries or more information.
