Altus Flush Ceiling Fan

Ideal for low-ceiling applications, the sculpted design of the Altus Flush Mount Ceiling Fan offers a shallow depth of just twelve inches in length. The fan blades are positioned at the bottom of the fan, furthest from the ceiling, to allow for maximum airflow from a hugger style fan. The Altus Hugger Ceiling Fan offers a brushed aluminum or gloss white finish.

Light Option

Most Modern Fans are available with a choice of standard incandescent or energy-saving compact fluorescent lamping. Our CFLs provide 75% energy savings and lamp life up to 10 times longer than incandescent bulbs. While dependable for well-balanced, warm light, keep in mind CFL's are not dimmable.

Fan lights generally function well as a primary light source for a space, but may not be satisfactory as the only light source in a room. This will depend on factors such as room size, wall/ceiling color and intended use of the space. Be sure to evaluate the wattage listed for each fan light and the amount of light your space requires.

A basic fan control used to operate a fan only, providing four speeds.

002/002ND Three Wire Fan Speed and Light Control
Intended for operation of a fan with light, providing four speeds and full range dimming (except fluorescent lights, use 002ND non-dimming for fluorescent lighting). Requires two circuits (three wires).

003/003ND Handheld Remote Control
Designed for independent operation of a fan and light using only one circuit (two wires). Provides three speeds and full range dimming (except fluorescent lights, use 003ND non-dimming for fluorescent lighting) and comes with a wall hanging bracket.

004/#004ND Two Wire Fan Speed and Light Control
Designed for independent operation of a fan and light using only one circuit (two wires). Provides three speeds and full range dimming (except fluorescent lights, use 004ND non-dimming for fluorescent lighting) and wires into wall box.

005/005ND Wall Control with Remote Handset
A combination control package including our #004 Fan & Light Control and our #003 Remote Control handset. Provides three speeds and full range dimming (except fluorescent lights, use 005ND non-dimming for fluorescent lighting) from wall control and compatible remote handset.
