You are called one day in advance to set up a delivery time.
You are called 30 minutes, before arrival upon we perform a walk-through to assess where the product(s) needs to be placed.
We then bring the order to the room of choice and unpack the product(s)
We will set up the order according to the customer's wishes, including 30 minutes of assembly. If more than 30min is required it will be an additional upcharge.
If you choose none of the options the "free shipping" will be curb-side
You are called the customer 30 minutes before their arrival.
All Freight will be boxed or in a wood crate strapped to a pallet.
The LTL driver is only responsible for raising the rear door of the trailer. He will not assist you other than bringing the pallet from the rear of the trailer to the front. Two or more people should present to unload your furniture. It is the customer's responsibility to bring the item inside their home as well as the removal of the pallet and trash.
Freight Insurance will only cover items inspected and noted on the driver's Bill of Lading or rejected by the customer. Concealed damage found after the driver leaves will not be compensated by CA Modern Home.
