Product description
The Anglepoise Type 75 Mini Desk Lamp – Paul Smith Edition 4 brings Paul Smith’s distinctive use of color to a compact interpretation of Sir Kenneth Grange’s iconic Type 75. Inspired by the 27-color palette Smith created for a one-off Land Rover Defender, Edition 4 combines deep burgundy, leaden grey, sky blue, dappled green, rich clay, and a sharp fluorescent yellow accent.
Designed for smaller desks and workspaces without sacrificing functionality, the lamp uses Anglepoise’s constant-tension spring technology to provide smooth, precise adjustment. Its articulated arms and directional shade allow the light to be positioned exactly where needed, making it ideal for desks, bedside surfaces, reading areas, studios, and home offices.
The lamp is constructed with aluminum arms and shade, chrome-plated fittings, and a cast-iron base with an aluminum cover. A matte painted finish emphasizes the individual components and allows Paul Smith’s carefully balanced palette to become part of the lamp’s architectural character rather than simply a decorative treatment.
Compact yet highly adjustable, the Type 75 Mini offers the character and functionality of the full-size Type 75 in a smaller footprint. An inline cable switch, 70.9-inch cord, and included E12 bulb complete a versatile task lamp designed for everyday use.
