Denmark (1920 - 2006) :

Danish furniture designer and architect. From the 1960s, she did much to enhance Denmark's reputation for modern furniture design with her clear, comfortable lines. She made a name for herself with the work she did from her own design office for Fritz Hansen and Poul Jeppesen, and for her annual appearance at the Cabinetmakers' Guild shows.
