The iconic Grasshopper has a tubular steel tripod stand, which is tilted backward, whilst the elongated aluminium conical shade is mounted onto a flexible arm. Consequently the light can be directional, yet the glare is minimal. Both stand and shade are powder-coated steel and are available in six colors.
