Florence Knoll believed that the quintessential desk facilitated communication. To this end, she labored over the relationship between this table top and its legs to achieve a partners' desk typology for effective collaboration. The result was an impressive yet functional 72" wide rectangular desk with two pencil drawers that provide adequate storage for personal devices and accessories.

Precise and ingenious construction of the Florence Knoll Executive Desk includes a frame and legs made of heavy gauge welded steel. The post and four-star legs are finished in polished chrome (or optional satin chrome). Constructed of solid plywood and finished with a veneer face, the table top is available in five finishes.

To celebrate the reintroduction of this modern classic, an expanded line of materials for base and top finishes is being offered. Its rectilinear veneer top is offered in five finishes: mahogany, oak, rosewood, teak and walnut. Select either a polished or satin chrome post and legs. Includes adjustable steel glides with a chrome finish.
