    An outdoor lighting mainstay for over 50 years, the celebrated Bysted Garden LED Short Bollard from Louis Poulsen creates comfortable passes of light and a tidy silhouette suited for natural or architectural settings. Creator Peter Bysted's love of architectural, industrial, and graphic design can be found in combination through this piece. Crafted with weather-resistant materials, the bollard stands up as a slim column, sporting a group of rings that diffuse the light and protect internal components. Light fanning out the rings leaves a graphic silhouette behind as it casts a circular pool of layered illumination across the floor and surrounding natural or manmade features.

    When you hear the name Louis Poulsen, you think distinctive modern Danish lighting. From the classic icons of the 1920s to more recent pieces, all Louis Poulsen lighting is created based on a deep-felt respect for architecture, understanding the emotional effect of lighting and the belief that shadow is just as aesthetically important as light.
