A little bit cheeky. Two round cushions for the seat and back-rest linked together by a metal band and with a metal frame. Whether on its own or grouped, the Vega armchair for Artifort is comfortable without being over-comfortable. Jasper Morrison (London, 1959) studied design at the Kingston Polytechnic Design School in London and the Royal College of Art for postgraduate studies. In 1986, he founded the Office for Design in London. He works as an industrial designer for Vitra, Cappellini and others. He holds many design exhibitions and lectures regularly. More recently, Morrison has turned his hand to designing furniture, for the Tate Modern in London among others.
