The Coupee Arch Floor Lamp was designed by Joe Colombo in 1967. The Coupe Arch Floor Lamp is an elegant and exceptional light fixture that easily assimilates into a variety of environments. The dome-shaped shade is made of metal and attached to an arched arm by an intricate joint which allows for the slope of the shade to be adjusted. The curved arm is supported by a stem that possesses a plastic handle that allows for the height of the arm and lamp head to be adjusted. The base of this modern floor lamp is round but straight at the back which is ideal for fitting the fixture flush against the wall. Highly adaptable and flexible, the Coupe Arch Floor Lamp is perfect for providing direct light above a dining room table, next to a lounge chair, or above a workspace.

Master designer Giuseppe Ostuni founded Italy-based lighting brand Oluce in 1945. Now the oldest Italian design company still in existence and actively producing today, many of Oluces domed lights are now on permanent display at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. Ostunis award-winning and dramatically arced floor lamps, domed table lamps and pendants, glass scones, and uniquely-shaped outdoor lighting have influenced the lighting and design industry for decades and will continue to do so for generations to come.
