    As much a part of Arper’s identity as it is a testament to enduring design, Catifa 53, that inspired Catifa Up, is the piece that started it all. Featuring a higher backrest and optional armrests, Catifa Up’s graceful curves and sleek, sensuous silhouette are achieved through an economy of materials — and an exclusive manufacturing process pioneered by Arper to synthesize concept, form, and production.

    Catifa Up is available with trestle base and five-way base, both available with castors or glides versions; it can be customized with all the upholstery finishes listed in the catalogue. Catifa Up Soft features a double cushion, a soft upholstery that can improve the seating comfort in meeting and conference rooms, offices, and residential study rooms.

    Chair with polished or powdercoated aluminium swivel trestle base. The shell is upholstered in fabric, leather, faux leather, fabric or customer's material. Aluminium armrests are offered in the same finishes of the base.
