Shipping Options
All USM pieces arrive fully assembled.
1. Self Pickup – No Charge
Customers may pick up their order directly from the USM warehouse in Inwood, New York, ZIP code 11096.
Please call 1-800-605-1859 to place the order and have the freight charge removed for warehouse pickup.
2. Standard Freight – No Charge
The furniture will be securely strapped to a wooden pallet and delivered using scheduled curbside freight service.
- The freight carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery appointment.
- The driver will lower the pallet using a liftgate.
- The customer or a coordinated delivery crew is responsible for unpacking, inspecting, and carrying the furniture inside.
- Standard Freight can also be delivered directly to a white-glove carrier or local delivery company selected by the customer.
3. Threshold Delivery – $349
The cost is based on each 48" x 92" pallet. One pallet can accommodate up to two USM units measuring up to 89".
Threshold Delivery includes removal of the furniture from the pallet and delivery to the first accessible door, lobby, or garage.
This service does not include placement inside individual rooms or removal of packaging materials.
4. White-Glove Delivery – Starting at $549
Pricing varies depending on the delivery location, unit dimensions, access conditions, and number of items ordered. White-glove delivery may not be available in all areas.
A final-mile delivery provider will:
- Pick up the furniture from the local freight distribution hub
- Inspect the furniture before delivery
- Bring the furniture inside the home
- Place it in the requested room when access permits
- Remove the pallet and packaging materials
White-glove delivery can only be finalized after USM provides the completed shipping dimensions. A separate delivery quote will be sent before the order ships.
