The system of tubes consist of precision steel tubing with a 19mm outside diameter & 1.2mm wall thickness. All tubes are chamfered at 45 degrees inside and outside and an axess slot on each end.

What Are USM Haller Slotted Tubes?

USM Haller slotted tubes are used to seamlessly connect oversized custom configurations that exceed the standard 89" maximum factory length.

When a custom USM unit is designed longer than 89"—for example, a 120" wide wall unit—the piece must be produced and shipped in multiple factory-assembled sections. A typical configuration might arrive as one 60" unit and one 30" unit rather than one single continuous frame.

The slotted tubes are the engineered connection components that allow these separate sections to be securely joined on-site into one continuous, seamless unit—without the need to fully disassemble and rebuild the entire piece.
