The Clap Aquaclean Armchair Base Black has been created by Patricia Urquiola for the brand Kartell. The chair offers a promise of cocoon-like softness and comfort with its plush texture and curves that envelope the body. The chair has a backrest that is high and wide and a seat that is equally well-sized below it. In between the seat, the sides are raised and curved to form armrests. The design also cradles the back which offers optimal support and comfort.
The Clap Aquaclean Armchair Base Black shell is made of mass-coloured thermoplastic technopolymer. The seat is made of polyurethane and is upholstered with Aquaclean fabric. This fabric has advanced protection that makes it easy to remove dirt and stains with water alone. This is thanks to textile engineering that coats the fabric with an impermeable layer that resists dirt.
The Clap Aquaclean Armchair Base Black has a width of 58cm, a height of 85cm and a depth of 56.5cm. It has a seat height of 48cm and an armrest height of 64cm. It is available in powder blue, green, brown, black and ecru. The protective upholstery fabric makes the chair ideal for use in homes as well as offices, waiting areas and other commercial spaces.
