Product description
The Anglepoise Type 75 Floor Lamp – Paul Smith Edition 3 brings Paul Smith’s expressive approach to color to Sir Kenneth Grange’s precisely engineered Type 75 design. Inspired by the bold primary colors and geometric visual language associated with Mondrian and the De Stijl movement, Edition 3 transforms the familiar Anglepoise silhouette into a distinctive statement piece.
Its slim floor-standing form is built around the brand’s celebrated constant tension spring technology, allowing the arm and shade to move smoothly into position. The adjustable construction makes it equally effective beside a lounge chair, sofa, reading area, or workspace, providing focused illumination without overwhelming the surrounding interior.
The lamp combines an aluminum shade and articulated arms, a steel floor pole, chrome-plated fittings, and a substantial cast iron base with an aluminum cover. A satin-painted multicolor finish gives individual structural elements their own visual identity while preserving the clean industrial character of the Type 75.
Configured for the U.S. market, Edition 3 features an E26 lamp holder and includes a 6.5W LED bulb producing 600 lumens at 2700K. The articulated design provides a maximum horizontal reach of 28 inches and maximum vertical reach of 70 inches, while an inline switch offers convenient everyday control.
