Shipping and Delivery

All USM pieces arrive fully assembled and include fully insured freight shipping.

Self Pickup – No Charge

Pickup is available directly from the USM warehouse in Inwood, New York 11096.

Please call 1-800-605-1859 before ordering so the freight charge can be removed and the pickup can be arranged.

Standard Freight – No Charge

The table is securely strapped to a wooden pallet and delivered curbside.

The freight carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. The driver will lower the pallet using a liftgate, but the customer or a coordinated delivery crew is responsible for unpacking, inspecting, and carrying the table inside.

Standard freight can also be directed to a white-glove carrier or delivery company selected by the customer.

Threshold Delivery – $349

Threshold delivery is priced per 48 × 92-inch pallet.

The driver removes the item from the pallet and brings it to the first accessible door, lobby, or garage. Placement inside the room is not included.

White-Glove Delivery – Starting at $549

Pricing varies according to the destination, product size, and number of pieces ordered. Availability may be limited in some areas.

A professional final-mile delivery team will collect the table from the local freight terminal, inspect it, bring it inside the home, unwrap it, and remove the packaging materials.

A final quote will be provided before shipment once USM confirms the packaged dimensions.

Availability

Quick Ship: Approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on inventory, destination, and freight-carrier scheduling.

Custom or non-stock configurations may require approximately 14–16 weeks. The current CA Modern Home shipping information lists these estimated fulfillment windows.
