Product description
The USM Haller Nightstand P1 provides fully concealed bedside storage in a compact, precisely proportioned design. Measuring 21 inches wide, 15 inches deep, and 22 inches high, it offers a useful surface for a lamp, phone, books, and personal accessories without taking up excessive space beside the bed.
The front features two stacked drop-down doors, creating separate enclosed compartments for reading materials, chargers, medication, personal items, and other nighttime essentials. Each door locks with the twist of a coin, preserving the nightstand’s minimal appearance while helping keep stored contents secure.
Designed by Fritz Haller and Paul Schaerer in 1963, the nightstand is made from powder-coated steel panels and a chromed steel tube frame. The polished framework and carefully aligned panels give the piece the architectural clarity and durable modular construction associated with the USM Haller system.
Made in Switzerland, the P1 can also serve as a compact side table, living-room storage cabinet, or office accent piece. This configuration is designated as a Quick Ship item and arrives fully assembled.

- Standard Freight: No charge. The nightstand ships secured to a wooden pallet with curbside delivery. The freight carrier will call ahead to arrange an appointment. The customer or a coordinated crew is responsible for inspecting, unpacking, and carrying the piece inside.
- Threshold Delivery: $349 per 48" x 92" pallet. The driver removes the item from the pallet and brings it to the first door, lobby, or garage.
- White-Glove Delivery: $549 and up. Pricing depends on the delivery location, product size, and number of items ordered. Availability varies by area. When available, Werner Final Mile will inspect the piece, bring it inside, and remove the packaging materials. A final quote will be provided before shipment.
