Say Hello to the Scandinavian Work of Muuto

We’re very excited to announce that we’ve added a new modern design furniture dealer to our varied collection of products sold at CA Modern Home. Based in Copenhagen, Scandinavian design company Muuto creates furniture and accessories featuring original takes on classic design principles. Its name comes from the Finnish word “muutos” which translates to “new perspective”. Muuto was founded in 2006 by Kristian Byrge and Peter Bonnen.

Our range of Muuto products includes accessories, lighting, seating, storage, and tables. Notable accessories include the Balance 1 Vase Set designed by Hallgeir Homstvedt who aimed to offer a new perspective on the traditional vase. The Gloria Candlestick by Norway Says is a different take on the traditional candlestick and will add some vivacious life no matter where you place it.

Over in seating, the Connect Sofa designed by Anderssen & Voll is a modular option available in a huge variety of customizable options. The Fiber Side Chair designed by Iskos-Berlin is another option with different bases available. The Five Pouf also by Anderssen + Voll is available in four different colors and has rows of tailored strips set across a soft pentagon shape.
