Made in Italy
Designed by Joe Colombo in 1965, the Spider lamp is composed of a single luminaire in fire-painted metal, expressly designed for a special horizontal spot light bulb, mounted on a chromed vertical rod and supported by a painted metal base. In 1967, Spider won the first Golden Compass Award for Oluce and, in 1972, it was in New York for the unforgettable exhibition entitled ”Italy: The New Domestic Landscape”.
