Designed in 1971, Panthella stands out as one of Verner Panton’s design icons with its unique expression where both the stand and the shade served as a reflector, thanks to the organic shapes that are characteristic of the Danish designer. The Panthella 250 Table Lamp is a downscaled edition of Verner Panton’s popular Panthella Table lamp, with a compact 250 mm shade diameter and 335 mm height, makes for easy placement on windowsills, shelves, or tables. Regardless of which colour or material you choose, the Panthella 250 Table Lamp will provide exceptional light to all surroundings.
Light concept
The fixture emits a glare-free, soft and comfortable illumination. The metal shade versions direct the light directly downwards and create a pleasant illumination due to the inner white painted shade and the reflection from the trumpet-shaped stem. The opal acrylic produces a diffused comfortable light due to the translucent shade, the downward reflection from the inner shade and the reflection from the trumpet-shaped stem.
Materials:
Shade: Injection moulded acrylic or deep drawn steel. Base and Housing: Die cast aluminium. Diffuser: Injection moulded opal pmma.
Finish: Opal acrylic shade in White, Pale Rose, and Pale Blue with matching stand. Grey opal acrylic shade with high lustre chrome stand. High lustre chrome shade and stand. Brass metallised shade and stand. Pale Rose, Pale Blue, Coral, White, Black or Orange, powder coated, shade and stand.
Light source: LED 2700K 10W, Lumen: 460
Other information: Pale Blue. Shade: Deep-drawn steel. Base: Aluminium. Cord: 2.5 m, black plastic. Switch on the cord with stepless dimming between 15 and 100%. LED driver: external with plug. There is a timer function for automatic switch off that can be set to 4 hours or 8 hours, it is possible to set the lamp to turn on with a specific light level. The lamp is fitted with an integrated energy-saving LED light source.
